VPEG Hydroxybutyl Vinyl Ether Polyoxyethylene Ether

Vpeg Polyether Macro-monomer Series are designed to produce PCE products with higher strength development than high water reduction polycarboxylate superplasticizer with Hpeg and better slump retention than slump retention polycarboxylate superplasticizer with Tpeg. It is the best solution for SCC concrete.

The VPEG macro-monomer is the main raw material of good comprehensive polycarboxylate superplasticizer. It has good water solubility and can be polymerized with acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl acrylate by free radical polymerization. The PCE prepared by VPEG has the characteristics of high water reducing rate, good slump retention, wide adaptability and environment-friendly as well. In Addition, on the molecular weight, structure of this product can be customized design to meet the special requirement by the customers.

Package and Storage

LETSpolymer V3006 and LETSpolymer V2406 is powder type and can be available in 25kg/bags packing or 650kg/jampoo bag packing. It contains no corrosive and flammable ingredients, and should be stored in well-ventilated and dry warehouse without sunlight and rain.

Health and Safety

It is non-toxic, non-irritative, non-radioactive, non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive, and can be transported as common chemical product. It is safe for take by hand with glove directly during the production process to make the PCE products. Eating by mistake, please drink sufficient water to vomit urgently and then go to hospital.
