Due to the special molecular design, the space resistance of this EPEG Polyether side chain is reduced, the swing of the side chain is more free and the encapsulation and the entanglement of polyether side chain is improved, which enables the better comprehensive performance of PCE products.
The molecular structure activity of EPEG monomer is high and the polymerization rate is fast under normal temperature. Compared with the polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared with TPEG as the starting agent, the obtained polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the characteristics of low dosage, high water-reducing rate, good slump retention performance,low energy consumption and no pollution to the environment It can be used in the field mixing and long-distance transportation of high-performance and high-strength concrete. What’s more, the molecular weight,hydroxyl value and structure of this product can be customized design to meet the special requirement.
